There is hereby adopted and incorporated by reference for the City of Sedgwick, Kansas, an Animal Control Policy and Regulation. At least once copy of said policy marked or stamped “Official Copy as Adopted by Ordinance No. 893” to which shall be attached a published copy of said ordinance or this code section shall be filed with the city clerk to be open to inspection and available to the public at all reasonable hours.
